I also had to laugh about not telling your child that you're doing something until the actual moment.....this has become SERIOUS in our home. Dave and I are like Information Nazis when it comes to birthday parties, day trips, and the like. Each night Nora asks hopefully, "What are we doing tomorrow?" and each night we shrug and say, "Oh, I have no idea."
